See it work

Watch it crush before you talk to anyone.

A spec sheet can't tell you how a machine feeds, how it handles rebar, or what the pile looks like coming off the belt. Watch the USA-704JC on real material, then decide whether it's worth a conversation.

See one running in person

A contractor near Dallas, Texas owns a USA-704JC and runs it on his own projects. When he's crushing, qualified buyers can arrange to visit and watch it work. Visits depend on his schedule — it's a working machine on a working site, not a demo yard — so ask early.

The idea behind the machine

Built like equipment used to be.

Heavy equipment keeps getting more complicated. More sensors, more controllers, more proprietary software between the operator and the machine — and more ways for a machine to stop that nobody on your site can diagnose.

UPSEN takes a different approach. The USA-704JC is designed around conventional diesel-hydraulic systems and components a qualified heavy-equipment technician will recognize: a Yanmar diesel, hydraulic drive, a vibrating feeder, a jaw, a belt, steel tracks. Technology stays where it makes the machine better to run — the wireless remote, for one. It doesn't get added because it can be.

Some manufacturers go the other way and build more integration into their machines. That's a legitimate choice. So is this one. Which philosophy fits you comes down to one question: who's going to work on it?

Mechanical where it matters

Diesel-hydraulic drive. Conventional systems. Nothing proprietary standing between you and the machine.

Understandable

Designed so qualified heavy-equipment technicians can understand it, diagnose it and service it — your mechanic, or an independent technician we coordinate.

Built for the job

It crushes, it tracks, it stacks. Everything you need to do the job. Less of what you don't.

This isn't nostalgia. It's a decision about what a crusher is for.

Why the 704

What you're actually buying.

Six things the USA-704JC does that matter on a job, in the order contractors ask about them.

01

Production without the footprint

Rated 30–80 tph from a machine that transports at 19'6" long and 7'3" wide. It typically moves on a standard step-deck or lowboy without an oversize-width permit — one truck, one machine, one setup.

02

Diesel-hydraulic simplicity

A Yanmar Tier 4 Final diesel and hydraulic drive. Conventional systems a technician can trace with a schematic and a gauge, not a laptop and a login.

03

Practical serviceability

Manganese-steel jaw plates — the same wear metallurgy the rest of the industry runs. Common wear parts, stocked in the U.S. Accessible service points. A full English operator's manual written to be used, not filed.

04

Wireless operation

Track it into position and run it from a safe distance with the wireless remote. One operator, out of the dust and away from the feed.

05

Tracked mobility

Steel-track undercarriage. Walk the crusher to the pile instead of hauling the pile to the crusher, and reposition as the job moves.

06

Applications

Where the 704 earns its keep.

Concrete recycling

Slabs, footings and structure demo into base and fill.

Asphalt

Millings and broken pavement into RAP you can reuse or sell.

Demolition debris

Process it on site instead of paying to haul it away.

Natural stone

Shot rock and field stone into usable product.

Recycled aggregate

Use it or sell it. Either way, stop buying it.

Small pits

Production-class output without a production-class footprint.

Utility & municipal

Road departments, water and sewer crews, DPW yards.

Stockpile processing

Turn the pile you've been stepping around into product.

Tight-access sites

Urban lots, alleys, and sites the big plant can't reach.
