The lineup

Four screeners. Scalping to spec product.

Sorted by size. Every price is the standard supported machine, before options and delivery.

Which screener?

Match the screen to the product you're selling.

What goes in, what you need out, and how many tons a day decide it.

USA-221YK

Scalping ahead of or behind a crusher

Pull fines and oversize before the jaw, or split crusher output into two products. Compact, quick to set up.

USA-1235YK · USA-1230ZS

Sized, spec product

Multi-deck screening for base, aggregate and sand fractions when the product has to meet a spec.

USA-30TS

Topsoil, compost and fines

Trommel screening for soil, compost, mulch and materials that don't play well on a flat deck.

Tell us the material, the products you need out, and tons per day. We'll match the screen — and check whether it pairs with the crusher you're looking at.

Questions

What buyers ask before they call.

Everything else, the quote form handles.

Do I need a screener with my crusher?

If you sell a spec product — clean ¾", 1½" minus, sand — yes: a jaw makes minus, a screen makes spec. If you're making your own base or fill, the crusher alone usually does it.

How fast can I get parts?

Wear and service parts ship from our U.S. stock same or next business day — most customers have them in hand within 2–3 days. Components that have to come from the factory are air-freighted.

What happens if something goes wrong?

You contact UPSEN USA. We work the issue with the factory, ship the part, and if the fix needs hands on the machine, we dispatch an insured independent technician and manage the job. Supported machines include 12 months of field-service coverage.

What's the warranty?

Every machine carries a 1-year manufacturer parts warranty. Supported purchases add first-year field-service coverage coordinated by UPSEN USA. Full terms come with your proposal.

Can I finance it?

Yes — through our lending partners. Getting pre-approved before we talk keeps the whole process moving, and equipment purchases may qualify for Section 179 expensing (ask your tax advisor).

Can I see a machine run?

Watch the demo video on the USA-704JC page. For serious buyers, a customer-owned 704 near Dallas, Texas can be seen working by appointment when the owner is crushing. Ask on the quote form.

Is the price on the page the real price?

Yes. Prices shown are for the standard supported machine, before options, delivery and applicable tax. Delivery is quoted to your destination.
