What it does
Logs, brush and wood waste into a product you can sell.
An apron infeed pulls whole logs, stumps, brush and construction wood into a 31.5" (800 mm) rotor, and a 39'4" conveyor stacks the product 13'5" high. Mulch, chips, biomass fuel — one machine, one operator, on tracks that move along the clearing line.

The idea behind the machine
Built like equipment used to be.
Heavy equipment keeps getting more complicated. More sensors, more controllers, more proprietary software between the operator and the machine — and more ways for a machine to stop that nobody on your site can diagnose.
UPSEN takes a different approach. The USA-1300W is designed around conventional diesel-hydraulic systems and components a qualified heavy-equipment technician will recognize: a Cummins diesel, hydraulic drive, a chain-plate infeed, a rotor, a belt, steel tracks. Technology stays where it makes the machine better to run — the wireless remote, for one. It doesn't get added because it can be.
Some manufacturers go the other way and build more integration into their machines. That's a legitimate choice. So is this one. Which philosophy fits you comes down to one question: who's going to work on it?

Why the 1300W

Six things the USA-1300W does that matter on a job, in the order operators ask about them.
Whole logs go in
A 20" (Ø 500 mm) max feed through a 6'3" × 11'2" hopper and a chain-plate infeed 11'6" long. Logs, stumps, brush and construction wood feed without being cut down first.
A pile you can sell
A 39'4" discharge conveyor stacks the product 13'5" high. Mulch, chips or biomass builds into a pile a loader can ticket — not a heap the machine has to be moved off of.
Diesel-hydraulic simplicity
A Cummins QSB8.9 diesel at 341 HP (254 kW) and hydraulic drive for the infeed, the conveyor and the tracks. Conventional systems a technician can trace with a schematic and a gauge, not a laptop and a login.
A 31.5" (800 mm) rotor at 560 rpm
A 4'5" wide rotor built for a full day of wood. Rated 15–45 tph depending on material and the product you're making.
Wireless remote, tracked
Track it along the clearing line and run the infeed from the excavator seat or a safe distance with the wireless remote. In transport it's 37'9" long and 9'2" wide — a lowboy and a width permit.
