What it does
Fewer loader hours. Bigger piles.
A crusher or a screen stacks 8 or 9 feet high; then a loader spends the day pushing up the pile and carrying it across the yard. Put a 65TD under the discharge and the pile goes to 32'10" on its own, with the loader free to load trucks — which is the job that pays.

The idea behind the machine
Built like equipment used to be.
Heavy equipment keeps getting more complicated. More sensors, more controllers, more proprietary software between the operator and the machine — and more ways for a machine to stop that nobody on your site can diagnose.
UPSEN takes a different approach. The USA-65TD is designed around conventional diesel-hydraulic systems and components a qualified heavy-equipment technician will recognize: a Cummins diesel, hydraulic drive, a belt, rollers, steel tracks. Technology stays where it makes the machine better to run — the hydraulic drive that lets one operator run it, for one. It doesn't get added because it can be.
Some manufacturers go the other way and build more integration into their machines. That's a legitimate choice. So is this one. Which philosophy fits you comes down to one question: who's going to work on it?

A pile four times the height
32'10" of stacking height on a 65-foot belt. A pile that high holds many times the tonnage of a crusher's own stack on the same footprint — and it's the loader's hours that pay for it.
Keeps up with the plant
A 39.4" (1,000 mm) belt rated 150–400 tph. Put it under a crusher, a screen or a feed hopper and it takes everything they produce.
Diesel-hydraulic simplicity
A Cummins QSF2.8 diesel at 60 HP (45 kW) and hydraulic drive for the belt and the tracks. Conventional systems a technician can trace with a schematic and a gauge, not a laptop and a login.
Folds onto one truck
In transport it's 37'9" long, 7'3" wide and 8'8" high. A step-deck or a lowboy, no permit, and steel tracks to walk it off and into position.
Moves as the pile grows
Track it forward as the stockpile builds, or across the yard to the next machine. One operator, no crane, no truck.
