With a feed port size of ~ 27″ x 17″ (680 x 430 mm), this machine can easily accept a wide range of material, including large chunks of concrete and rock up to 350 mm (13-3/4″). This is a huge advantage for demolition contractors who don’t want to waste time breaking down material before feeding it. The jaw plates are made from ZgMn13Cr2 manganese steel, which is the gold standard for wear resistance. We’ve designed them to be reversible and have an easy adjustment system for the discharge size, which can be set anywhere from 20-80 mm (¾” – 3-1/8″). This gives you incredible flexibility, whether you need a coarse product for fill or a finer product for a sub-base. The U-JC704 is designed to crush and keep on crushing, giving you maximum uptime.

This pre-screening system is invaluable, as it helps remove fines and dirt before they reach the jaw. This increases production, reduces wear, and gives you a cleaner end product. The main discharge conveyor is a robust B650 x 6500 mm (25-1/2″ x 21′-4″) belt with a stacking height of 2.1 m (6′-11″), so you can build a large pile without constantly moving the machine. We’ve even included a protective rebar guard to protect the main conveyor belt, a small but critical detail for anyone crushing concrete. An optional magnetic separator is available for the U-JC704 to remove rebar and other metals.
