Is the 503 the right size?
The 503 is the smallest UPSEN crusher with a diesel, a hopper feeder and a real discharge conveyor. It sits between the mini 503JC-E and the 604 — here's the difference in numbers.

Rated production depends on material, feed size and discharge setting. If the sites are backyards and alleys, look at the 503JC-E; if you'll feed it with a full-size excavator every week, the 604 — which is also in stock.

The idea behind the machine
Built like equipment used to be.
Heavy equipment keeps getting more complicated. More sensors, more controllers, more proprietary software between the operator and the machine — and more ways for a machine to stop that nobody on your site can diagnose.
UPSEN takes a different approach. The USA-503JC is designed around conventional diesel-hydraulic systems and components a qualified heavy-equipment technician will recognize: a Yanmar diesel, a hydraulic drive, a jaw, a belt, rubber tracks. Technology stays where it makes the machine better to run — the hydraulic drive that lets one person run it, for one. It doesn't get added because it can be.
Some manufacturers go the other way and build more integration into their machines. That's a legitimate choice. So is this one. Which philosophy fits you comes down to one question: who's going to work on it?

Real production at a small size
Rated 10–30 tph through an 18.9" × 11.8" (480 × 300 mm) jaw with a 9.8" (250 mm) feed. Break slabs to the size of a paver and it eats them; block, curb and stone go in as they are.
Trailer-sized
9,921 lb, 5'3" wide and 5'7" tall in transport. It rides a tag trailer behind a properly rated truck, fits through a 6-foot gate, and parks in a yard bay when the job's done.
Yanmar diesel, hydraulic drive
A 25 HP (18.4 kW) Yanmar diesel and hydraulic drive. Conventional systems a technician can trace with a schematic and a gauge, not a laptop and a login.
Rubber tracks
Tracks that move on finished pavement, driveways and shop floors without tearing them up — the right undercarriage for work near the customer's house, not just the pit.
