Is the 805 the right size?
The 805 is the step from a contractor's crusher to a producer's crusher: a 16.7" (425 mm) feed, a 100 tph ceiling, and the pre-screen and magnet you'd otherwise add. Here's how it sits between the 704 and the 96JC-E.

The idea behind the machine
Built like equipment used to be.
Heavy equipment keeps getting more complicated. More sensors, more controllers, more proprietary software between the operator and the machine — and more ways for a machine to stop that nobody on your site can diagnose.
UPSEN takes a different approach. The USA-805JC is designed around conventional diesel-hydraulic systems and components a qualified heavy-equipment technician will recognize: a Cummins diesel, hydraulic drive, a vibrating grizzly feeder, a jaw, belts, a magnet, steel tracks. Technology stays where it makes the machine better to run — the hydraulic drive that lets one operator run it, for one. It doesn't get added because it can be.
Some manufacturers go the other way and build more integration into their machines. That's a legitimate choice. So is this one. Which philosophy fits you comes down to one question: who's going to work on it?

Production for a pit or a yard
Rated 50–100 tph through a 31.5" × 19.7" (800 × 500 mm) jaw that takes a 16.7" (425 mm) feed. Shot rock, slabs and footings go in with less breaking-down first, and the pile keeps a loader busy all day.
Pre-screen and magnet, standard
A grizzly feeder pulls fines out ahead of the jaw and sends them down a side conveyor — product, not contamination. A belt magnet over the discharge pulls rebar and tramp steel. Both come with the machine.
Diesel-hydraulic simplicity
A 122 HP (91 kW) Cummins diesel and hydraulic drive. Conventional systems a technician can trace with a schematic and a gauge, not a laptop and a login.
Practical serviceability
Manganese-steel jaw plates — the same wear metallurgy the rest of the industry runs. Common wear parts, stocked in the U.S. Accessible service points. A full English operator's manual written to be used, not filed.
Stacks high, moves on one truck
A 24'7" main conveyor stacks to 9'2", so the loader moves product less often. In transport it's 29'2" long and 8'2" wide — a lowboy, no width permit.
