The idea behind the machine
Built like equipment used to be.
Heavy equipment keeps getting more complicated. More sensors, more controllers, more proprietary software between the operator and the machine — and more ways for a machine to stop that nobody on your site can diagnose.
UPSEN takes a different approach. The USA-96JC-E is designed around conventional diesel-hydraulic systems and components a qualified heavy-equipment technician will recognize: a diesel engine, hydraulic drive, a vibrating pre-screen feeder, a jaw, a two-deck screen box, belts, steel tracks. Technology stays where it makes the machine better to run — the available remote control, for one. It doesn't get added because it can be.
Some manufacturers go the other way and build more integration into their machines. That's a legitimate choice. So is this one. Which philosophy fits you comes down to one question: who's going to work on it?

Concrete, asphalt or rock goes in the hopper; up to three sized products come off the belts. One machine to move, one to fuel, one operator to pay — and no second machine to buy, haul and set up.

Rated 60–150 tph through a 35.4" × 19.7" (900 × 500 mm) jaw that takes a 16.7" (425 mm) feed. Slabs, footings and shot rock go in with less breaking-down first, and the pile keeps up with a loader.
Diesel-hydraulic simplicity
A 207 HP (154 kW) diesel and hydraulic drive. Conventional systems a technician can trace with a schematic and a gauge, not a laptop and a login.
Practical serviceability
Manganese-steel jaw plates — the same wear metallurgy the rest of the industry runs. Common wear parts and screen media, stocked in the U.S. A full English operator's manual written to be used, not filed.
Pre-screen and magnet, standard
A grizzly pre-screen pulls fines out before the jaw so you crush rock, not dirt. A belt magnet over the discharge pulls rebar and tramp steel out of your product. Both come with the machine — not as options.
