Is the 1235YK the right screen?
The 1235YK is the production screen for dry material: a longer deck than the 221YK for a cleaner cut, and conveyors long enough to build three real piles. Here's how it sits between the compact scalper and the heavy-duty 1230ZS.

Rated production depends on material, moisture, media and the split you're making. For damp, sticky or organic material, look at the USA-30TS trommel; for ugly excavator-fed loads, the 1230ZS.

The idea behind the machine
Built like equipment used to be.
Heavy equipment keeps getting more complicated. More sensors, more controllers, more proprietary software between the operator and the machine — and more ways for a machine to stop that nobody on your site can diagnose.
UPSEN takes a different approach. The USA-1235YK is designed around conventional diesel-hydraulic systems and components a qualified heavy-equipment technician will recognize: a Cummins diesel, hydraulic drive, a two-deck screen box, belts, steel tracks. Technology stays where it makes the machine better to run — the wireless remote, for one. It doesn't get added because it can be.
Some manufacturers go the other way and build more integration into their machines. That's a legitimate choice. So is this one. Which philosophy fits you comes down to one question: who's going to work on it?

3'11" × 11'6" (1,200 × 3,500 mm) of screen — 11'6" for the material to stratify and the fines to find the mesh. That's the difference between a product that meets spec and one that almost does.

Two product conveyors of 16'5" and 19'8" and a main belt of 19'8". Piles build high enough that the loader isn't the bottleneck.
