Built to Work.
A 20–60 tph tracked trommel with a 3'11" × 12'6" two-stage drum — for compost, topsoil, green waste and the damp, sticky material that blinds a flat deck — built around conventional diesel-hydraulic systems a qualified technician can actually work on.
Supported machine, built to order. 1-year parts warranty and first-year field-service coverage included.
Prices are for the standard supported machine, before options, delivery and applicable tax. Delivery quoted to your site.
Right-size it
A trommel tumbles the material through a rotating drum; a vibrating screen shakes it across a deck. Damp, organic and sticky material works in a trommel and blinds a deck. Dry rock and recycled concrete go faster across a deck. Here's the 30TS next to the flat-deck screens. Need a larger trommel? The USA-30TS is rated 20–60 tons/hr; the USA-40TS model option is rated 60–100 tons/hr.

Rated production depends on material, moisture and drum media. If your material is dry and your products are aggregate sizes, a flat-deck screen is faster for the money; if it's organic or wet, the trommel keeps working when a deck stops.

The idea behind the machine
Heavy equipment keeps getting more complicated. More sensors, more controllers, more proprietary software between the operator and the machine — and more ways for a machine to stop that nobody on your site can diagnose.
UPSEN takes a different approach. The USA-30TS is designed around conventional diesel-hydraulic systems and components a qualified heavy-equipment technician will recognize: a Kubota diesel, hydraulic drive, a rotating drum, a brush cleaner, belts, steel tracks. Technology stays where it makes the machine better to run — the wireless remote, for one. It doesn't get added because it can be.
Some manufacturers go the other way and build more integration into their machines. That's a legitimate choice. So is this one. Which philosophy fits you comes down to one question: who's going to work on it?
Diesel-hydraulic drive. Conventional systems. Nothing proprietary standing between you and the machine.
Designed so qualified heavy-equipment technicians can understand it, diagnose it and service it — your mechanic, or an independent technician we coordinate.
It screens, it stacks, it tracks. Everything you need to do the job. Less of what you don't.
This isn't nostalgia. It's a decision about what a screener is for.
Why the 30TS
Six things the USA-30TS does that matter on a job, in the order contractors ask about them.
Compost, topsoil, green waste, damp fill. The drum tumbles it instead of shaking it, so wet and fibrous material keeps moving and the fines keep falling through.
A two-stage drum — ⅜" (10 mm) then 2" (50 mm) as standard — makes a fine, a mid and an oversize in a single pass, each on its own conveyor.
A 24 HP (18.2 kW) Kubota diesel and hydraulic drive. Conventional systems a technician can trace with a schematic and a gauge, not a laptop and a login.
A rotating brush cleaner runs against the drum so sticky material doesn't plug the holes and production doesn't fade through the shift.
Track it to the pile and set it up from a safe distance with the wireless remote. In transport it's 24'3" long and 7'4" wide — one step-deck, no permit.

Support & warranty
UPSEN USA backs every machine it sells with a direct line to the factory, wear parts stocked in the U.S., and field service coordinated by our own support team. Here's how it works when you need it.
Call, text or email our support team with photos or video. You reach people who know the machine — and who talk to the factory directly.
UPSEN USA takes the issue straight to the manufacturer and comes back with a clear next step: what to check, what to adjust, what to replace.
Wear and service parts ship from our U.S. stock same or next business day — most customers have them in hand within 2–3 days. Factory-sourced components are air-freighted.
If the fix needs hands on the machine, UPSEN USA dispatches an insured, independent heavy-equipment technician and manages the job start to finish. In your first 12 months, covered work draws on the field-service coverage included with the machine.
Full coverage terms come with your proposal.
One accountable company. Parts in stock in the U.S. A direct line to the factory. That's the structure — and it's what you get.

Applications
A 3'11" × 12'6" two-stage drum covers what a compost yard, a landscape supplier or a soil operation needs to separate. Here's where it fits.
Finished compost and mulch screened to a saleable size, overs back to the pile.
Rock, roots and clods out; screened topsoil you can sell by the yard.
Yard waste and land-clearing debris sized for compost or biomass.
Fines pulled from C&D loads before crushing or disposal.
Screened soil, bark and decorative product from what you already have.
DPW and county yards turning leaf and brush piles into product.
Excavated material cleaned up for backfill instead of hauled off.
Chips sized for a boiler or a bag.
Whatever blinds your flat deck in the wet season.
